"Management of Sintered Dimensions for Hard Products" contributes to cost reduction as secondary processing is not required!

Dimension accuracy control for sintered products that do not require secondary processing in the post-processing stage!

Super-hard processed products typically manage the dimensional accuracy of the finished product through grinding or electrical discharge machining from sintered material blocks. Of course, secondary processing is necessary to achieve dimensional accuracy below 100 microns in precision machined products. However, even in sintered products that do not undergo these secondary processes, special-shaped press forming and a certain level of dimensional accuracy management can be achieved depending on the mold design. Additionally, costs and delivery times are improved compared to processed products. For more details, please refer to the "Processing Technology Special Feature" materials.

Only the cutting edge shape of the super hard tool is improved! The base material remains unchanged.

If you want to improve the cutting edge shape and the relief angle, etc., of a super hard soldered product while keeping the base material as it is.

In the case of cemented carbide brazed products where only the cutting edge of the cemented carbide tip needs to be changed, it is possible to consider improving the cutting edge shape. The cemented carbide is brazed to the base material. Therefore, by reheating it to the melting temperature of the brazing material to melt the brazing material and remove the cemented carbide tip, a new cemented carbide tip can be attached. For example, if you want to change the rake angle of the cutting edge of the cemented carbide tip, you would remove the tip, cut the base material, process a new brazing surface, and then braze the tip again. If you also want to change the shape of the tip, a new tip of a different shape can be brazed. While attention must be paid to the effects of thermal stress and structural changes in the base material due to reheating, if these issues can be managed through temperature control, it is possible to make improvements only to the working part of the tool while using the original base material. For more details, please refer to the "Processing Technology Special" document.

"With this size" "and this shape," we will respond.

~Comprehensive production support for each material of your company's lineup of carbide products~

If your company were to create a design where the dimensions of each component gradually increase, how would you go about manufacturing it? For the xylophone keys, would you purchase a long board and cut it into individual sizes in-house? Or would you procure materials of different sizes in advance and only perform finishing and assembly processes in-house? If it's a xylophone, the material is wood, so cutting it might be relatively easy. But what about a metallophone? This might also be possible if you have high-speed cutting machines. However, what part of the process is actually important for your company? Is it preparing the necessary components? Or is it the subsequent assembly and finishing of the prepared components? Tokiwa Roy provides materials in the sizes, dimensions, and shapes that our customers need. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Supports single-item processing of ultra-hard single shapes.

~Comprehensive production support for each material of your company's lineup of carbide products~

When producing custom-made products or developing prototypes If your company creates products tailored to user preferences, how do you procure the various materials? Or what if you want to develop a product with a new specification prototype? Even within the same product group, when manufacturing specialized tools with different specifications based on their intended use or tools that vary according to each craftsman's preferences, it is possible that the shapes of the materials will differ each time. Additionally, in cases where the production is aimed at special use specifications or improving the usability for the craftsman themselves, it is often the case that these do not become mass-produced items. At Tokiwa-Roi, we respond to the material needs of such products as well. We can accommodate even from a single shape. Of course, if you want to create just one prototype, we can provide materials starting from one piece. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
